Sorry Suffix,your blog update was not showing ...just blog rolled you in my side bar.Cinnamon is my favorite spice..cakes,stew,in breakfast sabjis or curries but i have never used it in my tea...though love cinnamon powder in my milk shakes or coffee shakes.I was not aware of its benefit in arthritic-pain.When think of it our GARAM-MASALA POWDER is a good health-mix provided consumed judiciously.

Thanks Kavita, yeah i am having cinnamon drink in the morning nowadays, instead of tea, just have two tea spoon of cinnamon powder in hot water, thats it!! its healthier than Tea or Coffee.
I also strongly feel that we must use the natural thing, now I am going to pass this info in my family to everyone.
